Lot - 73 BRITISH EMPIRE BUNTING INCLUDING FLAGS OF BRITAIN, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND, the white British Empire flag was designed for the British Exhibition in 1924 with the Star of India in the Centre and the arms of South Africa, Australia and updated arms of Canada - New Zealand is represented by the stars within the red cross. The plain red flag with Union Jack is an ensign maritime flag of the Empire. The larger flags measure 84 x 41cm, and smaller flags 37 x 20cm. Total length 3.88m. Good condition on the whole - the large Union Jack has some wear and there is a small stain on the British Empire flag.
